I don't understand the sentiment of reducing pay for working from home.... it costs the company less when an employee works from home. The bigger problem for the employee is FOMO. As others gather in a conference room and you dial in to be heard from a lap top screen, your relevance to the greater team goals will wane. Not fair, but this is the reality.
